City of Sydney annual business needs survey is now open

City of Sydney are checking in with businesses across our local area to find out what support is needed and how our policies, programs and funding can make doing business easier.

First prompted by Covid recovery, our 2020 and 2021 surveys directly informed new initiatives to support business. These included activations like the al fresco city program, CBD activation grants, the CBD revitalisation campaign, outdoor dining initiatives, along with free capacity building programs like Reboot and Charge Up Challenge.

We invite your members to share key insights on their business needs, priorities and operational challenges. Their feedback will help shape our support and be used to advocate other levels of government.

Together with Business Sydney, we want to hear from retailers, creative businesses, tourism operators, hospitality owners and businesses working in professional services and technology.

Help us plan for the road ahead and ensure your members are part of Sydney's business community story.  

Please help spread the word, and share this information with your members and network.  The more responses to the survey gathered, the more valuable the data to deliver better outcomes for our business community.
